This 32-page resource pack is intended to support with a range of NMT™ interventions including Developmental Speech and Language Training Through Music® (DSLM™) and Music in Psychosocial Training and Counselling® (MPC™). Associated goals include developing a client's receptive language (DSLM™) and developing emotional identification and/or emotional literacy (MPC™). These resources have evolved out of direct clinical experience both with paediatric clients with special educational needs or who had sustained a brain injury at birth, and with adult clients with profound and multiple learning disabilities.
Whilst primarily designed with NMT™ therapists in mind, this resource pack may also be relevant and useful for other allied health professionals.
